We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. For remote or out-of-service locations, our support team will notify you and offer alternate arrangements if needed.

3. Order Processing Time

· Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation.

· Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Shipping Timelines

· Delivery is typically completed within 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch.

· Delivery time may vary based on your location and the availability of our courier partners.

5. Shipping Partners

We work with mostly all leading logistics providers to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

6. Shipping Charges

· Standard shipping price shared with the quotation.

· In some cases, additional shipping charges may apply for bulk orders or remote areas. These will be communicated during checkout or by our sales team.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking ID and courier details. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real-time.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

· For damaged or missing items inside a delivered package, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

9. Returns Due to Delivery Issues

· If delivery fails due to incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept, the product will be returned to our warehouse.

· In such cases, customers may be responsible for additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
